Q:  How do I register to use WashTec Direct Online Deals?

  Simply shop online and once you are ready to proceed to checkout you will be prompted to create an account with us. You will need to provide account details, billing information and shipping details. Alternatively, you may create an account by just clicking here

Q:  Is it safe to use my Credit Card online?
A:
  When paying by credit card online you must always ensure that the website you are paying with has a secure payment gateway.  WashTec Direct Online Deals website has the latest, most advanced secure payment gateway and online credit card payment processing system available in today's technology, so you can rest assured that your credit card payment transactions will be safe and "fraud free"!

Q:  Why is my shipping & handling cost so high/low?
A:  Our shipping and handling costs are based on several factors, including the size of you order and the location. It is a close estimation, however some products can provide inaccurate costs due to large size/low weight, high price/small size etc. In any case where a shipping price is highly inaccurate, one of our customer service coordinators may contact you with an exact shipping cost. If you wish to have your shipping cost rechecked, simply choose "Pay Bay Phone" and mention in the "Order Instructions/Comments" field to, Please check shipping cost.

If you would like to have your order picked up by your own freight provider, we are happy to have this arranged, providing you mention your freight company and account number in the "Order Instructions/Comments"

Q:  How do I return my purchase(s)?

Q:  I am looking for a particular part that isn't on the website.
A:
  At our WashTec Direct warehouse we stock over 3000 parts and products, many of which are NOT online. If you require a product that is not found on the website and have a items in your basket, mention in the "Order Instructions/Comments" field; I would also like to order part number XXXX. or simply contact our Call Centre on 1300 253 473.

Q:  Does the 5% Discount apply to everything?
A:
  Almost all products found on this website incur a 5% discount off of our regular retail price, however this does NOT include products found in the Machine Spare Parts section. Some products found in this section which can also be found in other sections will receive the discount, eg. FloJet Pumps, CAT Pumps etc.
