Anztec Payment Gateway Changes

On June 30, 2018, Netregistry will cease to process credit card transactions via its gateway. If you have Anztec equipment with credit card facilities, this will affect you as you will no longer be able to accept credit card payments.

WashTec has a solution; Payment Express has offered a PX Post gateway to process credit card transactions. The process is simple:

    2 8268 7721 or email: Aurelien.Chabanol@paymentexpress.com. He will assist with setting up the new account. Please advise him you are a WashTec customer.
  3. You must have firmware v 1_0_0_129 to use contactless cards, contact WashTec Service on 1300 257 378 or email: customerservice@washtec.com.au for assistance.
  4. The relevant information (account ID and password) will need to be entered in the Anztec equipment, contact WashTec Service on 1300 257 378 or email: customerservice@washtec.com.au if you require assistance.

This is not a permanent resolution, to be EMV compliant, you will need a hardware upgrade, we are working with Anztec and Payment express on a solution and costing. We will advise everyone once this is completed.
